Being a creative person often involves having too many options to choose from when evaluating which project to start next. How do you know which project has legs, or is the one that will generate the energy required to see it through to shipping it? You can't know if it's the right project for you until you dive in and try, right?
This week we walk around the notion of the Logic Model as a means to evaluate our developing creative endeavors. By asking ourselves what our objectives, audience needs, required activities, and projected outcomes are, we might be able to make some more informed decisions about which project to take on next.
